SYNOPSIS
In New York City’s illegal street racing underground, the Loop is king — a high-speed circuit through all five boroughs, run only by those who know how to survive it. LUKE MERCER, a quiet ex-con and son of a legendary driver who died mid-race, returns to the streets to uncover the truth behind his father’s mysterious crash. But when a prison transport crashes into the Loop mid-race, Luke makes a split-second decision that changes everything: he pulls a fugitive — VICTOR, a dying crime boss with ties to his past — into his car. Now hunted by law enforcement and rival crews, and tracked by MAYA, the federal agent who once betrayed him, Luke is forced into a tense, overnight escape across the city.
